**SPRAYED Mobile Spray Tanning Service Policy & Waiver Agreement** This Policy & Waiver Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for mobile spray tanning services provided by SPRAYED. By booking an appointment, clients agree to the following policies: --- **Booking and Deposit Policy** - **Deposit Requirement**: A $20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit covers the travel fee and is applied toward the total cost of your service. - **Appointment Confirmation**: Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit is received. --- **Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy** - **Cancellation Fee**: If you cancel your appointment within **12 hours** of the scheduled time, the $20 deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. - **Rescheduling Fee**: You may reschedule your appointment up to **6 hours** before the scheduled time without a fee. Rescheduling within **6 hours** will result in a **$10 fee**, deducted from your $20 deposit. - **No-Show Policy**: Failure to cancel or reschedule will result in the loss of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. --- **Arrival and Time Commitment** - Arrival Window: Due to unpredictable traffic, your service provider will arrive within the hour of your selected time slot. Please ensure you are available and ready for your appointment within this window. --- **Preparation Requirements** To achieve the best possible spray tan results, please follow these preparation guidelines: 1. **Exfoliate** your skin thoroughly at least 24 hours before your appointment. 2. **Avoid using lotions, oils, deodorants, or perfumes** on the day of your appointment, as these products can interfere with the tanning solution. 3. **Wear dark, loose-fitting clothing** after your session to prevent staining and allow the tan to develop evenly. 4. **Inform your technician** of any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment. Liability Waiver Acknowledgement of Risks: By booking this service, you acknowledge that spray tanning involves the application of DHA (dihydroxyacetone), and while rare, it may cause skin irritation or allergic reactions. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for informing the technician of any health concerns or contraindications that may affect the tanning process.
